Finally got around to getting rid of the big back end. I used the stock tag light until I can find another led that I like. Just used a steel angle with holes already in it, had to waller a couple of them for the turn signal stalks and wire from tag light, but overall not too bad for the first one. Gave me a project for the weekend.:) First time using tapatalk so hopefully the pics come through.

Looks really clean but the angle of the plate looks like any compression of the suspension is going to bend the plate and slice up your tyre.
send me a PM with your email and I'll send the FE install instructions for the FE on my bike and read page 3 it gives some dimensions that I reckon you should meet

this is the basic text

Before riding, measure the distance
between the license plate bracket and
the tire at a right angle to the tire. This
is the closest point. You must have at
least 4 1/2" of clearance and 5" is best.

If a slight adjustment is needed, then do
so but slightly pulling up on the bracket.

Make sure you tighten the plate bracket
bolts very snug and keep a check on
them frequently.

Agf: I thought about that as well and adjusted the angle of the plate after the pics were taken. Thanks for the info and looking after another fellow member.
