Virginia just opened up as well! It's freakin 90F today! Temps rose so quickly that almost every flowering plant is in bloom at once!

Good thing pollen doesn't mess with me! I pity you allergy sufferers!

In 1996 I was in highschool. We had Cicadas all over the yard. My brother and I would take tennis rackets and go see how many of them we could smack out of the air...good times! I remember them being so loud at certain locations (oak trees) that you could barely make conversation!

Spring time, the time of the year where Cyclist, motorized and non, look forward to Daylight Savings Time. Our pollen isn't that thick yet here in East TN, it did JUST get warm though over here consistently. Springtime for me this year apparently equals doing everything but killing myself on the bicycle.

Forgot how to unclip from the pedal for a second... this was the aftermath!

WOO HOO, it finally started raining here about 10 minutes ago. Maybe some of this pollen will be gone in the morning for a nice ride to work!
