Others might be able to provide a better source, but I know Motion Pro stocks the stock FZ6 lever.

Alternatively, why not check out some aftermarket ones from the2wheels.com? They're pazzo knock offs that work really well - and they're not very expensive either. Haven't had an issue with mine for the few months I've had 'em now, and other members have had theirs much much longer. Made my clutch pull a bit easier anyways due to being better adjusted for me, and the added leverage. I went shorties and I'd never look back!
