Since the Scorpion exhaust sold and I put the stock pipe back on I was forced to do something. :D I started to put the plastic fender back on but couldn't bring myself to do it. A small piece of 1/8" aluminum was used and modeled after the Scorpion unit. I didn't bother with a provision for the blinkers since the LED taillight has them already. Looks decent IMO, thoughts?

Can you give us more detail on how you made it??? did you cut the metal or just bend it, did you have to drill it too?

A general template was made, then the main plate portion was cut with a scroll saw so it could be rounded properly. Then it was bent with a metal brake and the holes drilled with a drill press. A quick pass on a bench grinder to smooth the edges then the aluminum was etched and then painted.
