Where to find it to make turn signals light with brake light

Guys, I know it's come up before, I'm looking for the kit that keeps your rear turn signal lights lit while riding. When you hit the brake, they flash multiple times and illuminate as well.. anyone have an idea where this product is or would be called?

it would be an easy mod. you'd just need some front turn signals to mount on the rear and connect the marker light wire to the tail light circuit.
