Where to buy Shad seat and 07+ top bar clamp?

I have been looking for a while to find a place to buy the Shad seat. I have paid for it twice, through different companies and both companies never sent the seat and I had to go through paypal to get a refund. I have tried luggagebow and some other company in france with no luck. I live in the usa if that matters.

I have also been lookimg for the 07+ handlebar clamp to replace my 05 two piece clamp. Any help finding these things for a reasonable price would be awesome!
