You don't need anti-aging stuff yet, because you are young, and pretty.
Now I need the anti-age stuff because I'm old and treacherous.

I don't know anything about the product but it is sold in a multi level marketing fashion which always makes me question the legitimacy of the product being sold.

+1.

Just reeks of bogus. Riding the wave of "nutricueticals" -- stuff that straddles or dances around on the line of supplements and "natural" or herbal-type supplements.

Eat well, get your rest when you need it, drink plenty of water, exercise, squeeze your sweetie...you'll do just fine.

my grandmother always used oil of olay, no smoking, no drinking no suntanning...she looked great when she passed at 94 yrs of age. She battled breast cancer & colon cancer as well. moderation is key.

I get migraines 3 days of the month...only excedrin migraine helps, and neck and shoulder massages. I have tried the imitrex and it does help but makes me queezy.

You know what's funny?!?! Excedrin migraine and Excedrin maximum/extra strength has the same ingredients and I think Excedrin Migraine is more expensive.

I get the occasional migraine, too. All too often, for me, I can trace it to dehydration, not always but often. Naproxen (aleve) usually works well enough for me. I have a good friend who uses Imitrex and it seems to work well for him. I've never tried it.

Migraine headache for me is almost always dehydration as well. Too much caffeine and not enough water.

Two things GREATLY help. Gatorade and then fill a sink with the coldest water you can, even throw in a bunch of ice. Dunk your whole head for as long as you can stand it. Pull your head out and drink more Gatorade then dip again. Do this three times while finishing a 32oz bottle then start drinking water.

How's your caffeine intake daily? Remember, caffeinated beverages do NOT count toward hydration. :D

Zoiks! Cold water head dunks. Makes me cringe just to think about it. But hey, if it works for me, I'll let you know! It does make some sense but man...brrrr

Indeed, caffeine is a diuretic -- a fancy way of saying that it makes you pee. A little bit of caffeine can sharpen the senses and be a good thing. As with anything, though, too much and you're asking for trouble.

As I sit here at my desk I'm surrounded by my empty water bottles. I kinda save 'em up during the day and see how well I've done by the end of the day.

ugh...migraines, I feel for you!! I get them BAAD in the spring and fall....to the tune of 3-5 a week. In the summer and winter they ease off to about 1 every week or 2.
I am type 1 diabetic and can take none of the "migraine meds" Zomig imitrex etc. All they can give me is percocets and they make me SICK so then I have to take anti nauseant...which in turn makes me tired. Vicious cycle let me tell you. Most days even if I take percocets I feel like I still have the migraine, I'm just so high I don't care.
I've discovered some of my triggers though so I"ve knocked them down a bit....weather, I can't control. Fuel, I let hubby do it and onions, I peel, chop them under water.
My mothers trigger is chocolate and weather and my brother is weather and worst of all....florescent lighting. You can't get away from that!

Pay attention to things that you do/smell/eat and see if you can track it down that way
