What color are your forks and frame?

You have two options.....paint the forks, or get some R6 forks and brakes (as I believe the pre '07 brakes will not work) I vote for R6 forks but if you are ballin' on a budget a decent spary can paint job wouldn't be too bad. make sure you take pics!

Of course some people have painted their silver forks, or swapped to the black 07+ forks/brakes.

Originally my 06 had a black frame & silver forks, then i painted the forks black, then i changed my forks to the 08 black forks....so i could use the 08 4 pot brake calipers...my calipers are actually off an R6.
