Is this mounting safe ?

Hello everyone, recently I bought those adapters that go around the forks, just got them today, I got them so I can put my auxiliary lights on them.

But I am not sure if it is safe, it does come with some rubbers that I am supposed to put on before screwing them together, but I can’t put any on the side where the disc is because it just won’t fit.

I managed to put one the side that is not against the brake disc and tighten it up, it’s sturdy, but on the disc side it’s metal on metal (the clamp and the fork tube)

I just want to know if this is safe or I should look for alternatives.

It is a possible interference problem with rotation of the wheel if there is a failure. It's probably okay but if it fails it could be really bad.
As for the inside rubber. There is a double sided tape made by 3M that is likely to be thin enough that would give good grip on the inside of the tube, It's a black high quality tape that would probably work good.

As you have a brake caliper mounting bolt right there, I'd make up a 90 degree bracket out of aluminum.
Bend it as need be to mount to that bolt AND to the light itself.

That is, if you have enough thread for the brake caliper bracket for full engagement.
You may have to replace THAT factory bolt with a long one.

It'd be way cleaner/ simpler / safer as well.

I'd use some 1/8" think by maybe 1" wide aluminum flat bar. Easy enough to bend in a vise and it won't fatigue..

I’m sure it will be fine, but like Townsends suggested mounting

I’d address your blown fork seals when you get a chance.
Nothing is blown I just washed it and unfortunatelt
I took it out for a ride and it rained all of the sudden that’s why it’s dirty and wet !

I need to see a picture first cause I don’t really understand
 
I don't have a pic as I don't have extra lights installed..

You can use a coat hanger to bend it to the size you need (length / where to bend/ how far to bend it).

Anyway, some aluminum flat bar, about 1/8" thick, 1" wide...
Make your bend to match your coat hanger "template".

I'd make the approx 90 degree bend in a vise (following your template).
That aluminum is easy to bend and will be plenty strong for your project..

You can do final cuts last but of course you need to drill a hole (each side)
to mount to the fork leg (brake caliper bracket bolt).

You can make it longer initially, find where to drill the hole(s) for the light, then do so.

Trim off extra as need be, tweek/ /bend the aluminum to "fine tune" how the light sits / points..

Update, I mounted them to the drop bars attachment, and it turned really good.

It even came with a remote.

Also I did struggled a bit because I thought they are plug and play, - to - + to + but no, I had to connect a cable to the rear stop light, I did it by tapping into the cable without even cutting it with a tiny plastic tool. Turned out great
