Waterprrof Soft luggage?

Does anyone make waterproof matching saddle and tail bags that work with our bikes. By waterproof I mean that you don't have to stop and put rain covers on. I've had them and hated it. Water would accumulate in the bottom and soak through the bag. Best solution would be a completely waterproof outer case and second best solution is a waterproof inner bag. I'm looking at around a 50-75 litre capacity with most of the weight in the saddle bags. I did find that Bag- Connection had a good set up but wow it was huge with most of the capacity in the tail bag.

Just an addition to this question because I was just about to post a thread asking about soft luggage. If I were to go with these enduristans, because these were the ones I was looking at, is there anything I'm missing out on in comparison to the hard luggage that I should consider. I really like the look of the soft luggage over the hard luggage, but if function is lost, I wanted to get a heads up before I put money down.

hard luggage is more secure.
but, with a screwdriver you can break into the hard luggage.
it's not difficult.
If you have expensive electronics like camera and smart phone, put it in a tank bag and take it with you from the parking lot.
plus, there' those pacsafe cages to put on soft bags.

a downside is hard luggage costs a lot more. plus, offroad, they may break your legs.

that's all i can think of.

i'm looking for soft luggage, too. i'm going with the wolfman e12 with a ortleib drybag strapped on top. this is for my ktm.

adventure spec is coming out with new bags. i think you need racks from them.
they seem pretty awesome. it was designed by a round-the-world rider.

remember, the more cubed the bag or pannier is, the more usable space it has. so a bag that has a lot of curves, etc. may look cool, but that sacrifices the usable space.

Thanks for the reply. I checked out all the bags you suggested and they do look like they would keep your stuff dry but I was looking for a more streetable luggage. Would have worked great on my KLR I use to have.

Thought about that but trying to stay to a budget and a Givi top case and rack would probably run $500. Weird thing I use to have a full set of Givi luggage that I wanted to keep when I sold my Vstrom but the guy that bought the bike wanted the luggage in a powerful way.
