Vibration through the bars

Hi All
Fitted a set of medium Renthals with the heaviest weight bar ends I could get. The standard bars were a bit to swept back and narrow for me, but I noticed how heavy the standard bars ends are which is why I bought the heaviest replacements I could get. The new bars are lovely and the riding position has been transformed but they are a little too vibey. I am sure I read somewhere (or made it up in a drunken stupor) that you could buy a flexible tubed weight that went inside the bars to reduce vibration. Had a search online but either my searching skills, choice of wording, or both, are not throwing up anything. Or like I said its just a figment of my imagination Anyone out there that could offer any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your local sporting goods store and buy a bag of lead shot and put that in there.

Here you are, have no idea how well they work. I am looking for options as well and have considered lead shot or similar myself.

I like how you get a lightweight aluminum bar and then have to buy more weight to stop the thing from buzzing. Nothing like mass to keep the vibes down. Guess that's why the FZ1 bar is heavy steel, cheaper too.

went to a scuba store the other day...got some diving weights, cut the bag, poured it in my new bar..and it made a huge difference..i had bar snake in my stock bar which helped a lot but think the lead works much better..

If your getting crazy vibration, check your front tire. I was ignoring that my front tire was wearing to bad is was starting to buldge and that was causing the most vibration ever ! I bought a new front tire and i have no vibration at all ! With renthal bars and NO bar ebds !!!

Thanks for all the help guys I will go down the lead shot route as it seems to be the popular choice. Thanks for the Tyre tip Twitch, I checked it but its all Ok with pressure spot on so I have to guess that as all was well before the Renthals it must be the bars.
