Well, THAT was 15 minutes well spent! And half of it was undoing the damned exhaust valve cables!

The Two Bros are not as loud as the hype led me to believe but they sure sound SWEET! Even Michele said they were not that bad! :D :steve:

Here's the before and after...

The weight difference is astounding. 15.6 lbs to 4.1 lbs... 11.5 lbs DROP! How many HP is that? Power to weight ratio is getting better!

Stock wet 2009 FZ6 is 459 lbs, stock wet 2009 FZ1 is 485 lbs. I got it down to 473.5 pound in one shot. Don't know if it is true but the Dyno they sent with the can shows the HP with this single mod alone to be 141.2 HP, a 5 HP increase.

Exhaust looks great...one recommendation... Get a metallic Silver Sharpie and carefully but patiently paint the lettering on the tires... It will look outstanding with the titanium, rear sets, passenger pegs, front fork, etc.

It cost $5 for two of them at your local crafts store..

I'm not sure about the sharpie trick but, I am considering taking the rearsets, passenger pegs and brackets, shifter and brake lever, and the clutch and front brake lever all in for powder coating to match the wheels. I think that would look very good with the Cobalt Blue. :D

I do have a video of the TB... Link coming soon!

Thanks! Yes, I bought the bike last Sat. and had it apart on Sunday. Ordered the Two Bros Sunday, put the camera mount on the tank, wired the Bettery Tender lead, ran it under the tank, connected the SAE to cigarette Powerlet and zip-tied it under the under fairing and removed some stickers and stuck them all under the seat for safe keeping. Whew!!!!

Here's the video with the sound clip. This was 1st start after install and the bike is cold.

I agree, the undertail is what drew me to the FZ6.

ditto that. i thought all "sport bikes" were pretty ugly. then one day i saw an fz6. and i thought, "you know, that doesn't look that bad. i wonder what's different about it?" a big part of what made it "not look that bad" was the undertail exhaust.

great looking fz1. and taking that 55 gallon drum off the side really makes it look so much better.

My gosh what an improvement. It looks like pure sex now. :) And the weight savings is worth it alone. Love the sound. Everyone on this site makes me wish I'd play the lotto and win. That way I can have a stable of bikes. LOL

Shame on you all. :spank:
