Two Brothers Exhaust question?

Hi All,

Does anyone have two brothers exhaust installed on the FZ6? If yes does anyone know if the P1-R PowerTip sound suppressor makes a difference in sound? I do lots of night riding and to begin with exhaust is loud at night so I am trying to quite it down a bit. Any feedback is appreciated.

I'd also be interested in some feedback on DB killers for the 2 bros exhaust.

I have a 2bros exhaust but no DB killers. I know a few people just bought 2bros with db killers through a forum group buy but I'm not sure if anyone has taken delivery yet.

I have the DB killers.. They make a little difference but not alot..... They take a bit of the edge off so to speak...

Agreed. There's not a huge change, but there's definitely a small difference. I think they market as 2-4db a piece....so 5-10 db drop isn't bad.

i think avogt18 was the one who made some thin block off plates for the exhaust. you could always try that (just sandwhich them between the mounts and cans)

Re-pack it!

There is hardly any packing what so ever in those cans. IMO two bros does a horrible job with that. All they did was take one peice of wrap and tied it around the core and shoved it in the can.

My buddy did it for his GSXR and it made a world of difference.
