Well mate, I would amend that statement slightly Norm, in my experience the mortality rates rise during the first few weeks of a new rotation. So it not bad doc's but new docs lol.

Well in the interest of maintaining our special relationship, don't get sick in the UK in March or August or six months after these months. Why I hear our fellow members ask.....? A junior Doc will spend the first two months terrified of screwing up and getting on the wrong side of their boss. The next two months, they are flying and don't need us menial nurses to guide them. In the last two months they are looking forward to being terrified in their first two months of the next rotation, and their boss has already written the reference.

NB This is purely all tongue in cheek, the resemblance to reality is a mere coincidence.
