Key on. Kill switch on. Bike in gear. Kick stand up. Clutch pulled. Battery good. What's your guess?

I've already solved it but had to phone a friend...

Bingo. Actually pulled the wire clip lose while installing my voltmeter display. Not intentionally and didn't know I did it. And I looked and didn't see a wire there because the display wires were covering it! Called dealer, and clicked her back into place. Whew. Too anal to let that go....,

The spring or whatever came loose in my clutch switch last year. Took the switch off, took it apart and fixed it, went to put it back on and realized the screw snapped inside the lever. Now I just start it in neutral
