So gave my bike to get service, spark plugs tb synch and cam chain removed but the bike is sputtering. What could be causing this ? I’ve tried using the idle screw and it’s at max but still no difference. I’ll attach a video here.

I bet they messed the TB synch. Look for an open vacuum line. Bring the bike back and tell them you'll wait...... That idle seems cranked up too high. It's probably as high as the person that did the service.....

even before doing the sync they said that it wasn’t that much out of tune. The guy who had the bike before me had the spark plugs only hand tighten so they were loose. So they said “someone has messed around in there, who knows what they could’ve done “ They seem the type of shop to blame the owner and based on yelp reviews i think that’s safe to assume. I’ll try to mess around with the idle screw and see if i can fix it.

There are vacuum hoses at the throttle bodies and some have plugs that are removed to attach the vacuum gauges to. Check for possible missing plug or open hose.
Prop up the tank and pull the airbox.
Then try the idle screw. This is not just an idle adjustment.
