For $600 you can a custom made Penske shock and have a much better motorcycle. Just be sure to grease to swingarm while your at it.

Yes it keeps the temps down , and heat away from the shock and swingarm bearings. the heat can melt the grease.

I have 2 FZ6's one touring and one for going fast and track days. The tall bars are great for long rides,no back and neck pain.

I got them at a Benelli motorcycle shop in Austin TX. Closeout Sale price.
