SoCal Hoons Ride report

We had a great ride today. Us local yokels got together with Marke14, Evan who came down from the Long Beach/LA area.

We had Jblk9695, Verharen, Goop, Marke14, sandctrev, Evan and Me.

Verharen had been coordinating with sandctrev to meet up with us later on the ride after lunch.

Bryan Jen and I road the back way passed Palomar to the 76/15 meeting point and then back to Palomar where we road South and East Grades. We had an a**hole blow through the stop at the top of the mountain. Could have been bad. We then did Montezooma, Carlee's for lunch and back up Monty across to Banner Grade and up Banner. We stopped for Pie in Santa Ysabel where Jerry headed toward home through Warner Springs and the rest of us headed toward Ramona where we romped on Old Julian Hwy on the way. We split up in Ramona where Jen and Goop road with Mark and Evan toward the 15.

Another awesome day with such great friends. I really am grateful for all of you and thank you for a great safe ride today!!

A few pics.

To the eastern part of our country toward the desert the sky was very clear and sunny but as we traveled west the sky clouded up with no sun at all. As we climbed South Grade on Palomar Mountain we rose above the clouds (6,000 ft.) and it was sunny once again.

Great pics guys! And what a fun day!! I'll have to go through my photos and post some up tomorrow. That little brown fella on my lap with the Yeti is DOMO. I'm trying to show him a good time before I pass him on to be hosted by some other biker friends. He likes to make trouble.

Sorry for the delay in posting my pics. I have no excuse :spank:

As mentioned in my earlier post, I brought along my little friend DOMO. He made it into nearly all my pictures. He's a real pic-ho. And a bit of a jokester like Cliff (were you giving birth there or was something else going on? :rof

It was so fun to meet Evan and see all my best riding buddies again. It was awesome that Sandctrev came and joined us!

Yes, we rode all the best roads. Why not? Next weekend we've got to go up to see Jerry and ACH. Lunch at Newcombs! I'm available Saturday... :cheer:
