I'm mid 20s, but for me it's safety first. I'll ride to work in the middle of summer in 95+ degree weather in a full jacket, gloves, helmet, and riding pants. A buddy of mine at work will roll up in a wife beater and shorts. I used to take a lot of **** for wearing all my gear but people stopped harassing me when they realized it didn't bother me. Heck, I'm still a little afraid to wring out first gear!
I hate when I see guys weaving in and out of traffic on the highway. It gives us all a bad name. I'm glad I'm part of a forum that shares the same views as me! Not to mention all the help I've received since I got my bike. It will be one sad day when it comes time for a new bike
