Riser Cap Torque and Seqquence

Hello. Just got my 2009 Yamaha FZ6 home and I realize that the handlebars need rotated. Did that and as I'm retightening, I realize that I don't know the proper assembly method.

They appear to be a half clamp joint where on half the top and bottom touch and on the other half, there is a gap. Is this correct?

What is the proper tightening sequence per the manual?

Also, what is the proper torque per the manual? They appear to be a 6mm bolt with a 10mm hex head. I did not fully remove, so I am guessing on the bolt diameter. Also, do you locktite yours? Yamaha did not.

Looks like you should tighten front bolts then the back ones to 17ft/lbs.

Correct. Even though 07-09 clamp is different (single piece), the approach and torque is the same.
