Replaced ECU

Can I used ECU from FZ6-N for FZ6-S? Anyone know? Please help.

I’d check the part numbers on the respective microfiches, If the part numbers are the same, I don’t see why not. The microfiches are available on the Yamaha website.

All I found is for US models only. There is two different ECU`s, one for 49states, one for California type. Don`t know what`s different. But there is no immobiliser. I need it for Europe model. But I can`t find anything. Any idea? Thanks. :thumbup:

Call your local Yamaha shop, and ask the parts guy to look it up for you.

The guys from Yamaha dealer, in England, said to me.........You can used ECU from FZ6-N on FZ6-S or other way. But the wiring loom is not the same. So that is all I need to know and need. Thanks lot. And watch the cars
