Renthal Bar Ends

Alright, I'm apparently a moron. I weight to the Louisville Motorcycle-Superstore and picked up some Renthal Road Mediums and some anti-vibe bar ends. Upon getting them home, I find out that the store's recommended bar ends don't fit a Renthal bar (Renthal has a funny inside diameter). So, my question becomes this:

What are the best anti-vibe bar ends to use with a set of Renthals?

The store recommened some cheap POS bike master aluminum bar ends. I was hoping for something heavy and solid, preferably not the cheapest machined aluminum from Asia that can be found.

Been there (re: Renthal + heavy bar ends). HVMP all the way!
Just FYI: no one recommends using heavy bar ends with aluminum bars, but plenty of people do it without issues.
