race tech spring rate?

I'm about 180lb. I ride moderate to hard. Sometimes I ride twoup. What spring rate should I get?
 
Yes, I checked the webste before I asked the Question. AllI get when I click on the link (even the one you put there) is a blank screen.

well - to help out then. Entering street riding and 180lbs you get the attached. Doesn't account for two-up but in my simple mind I'd figure that the extra weight is distributed so that it wouldn't cause a major issue for the forks.
 
one thing that they do not mention is the oil weight, which is just a step above water from stock and you should think about getting some heavier stuff when you do the swap over.

I went with 15 weight oil in the forks and love it wholeheartedly! I found the stock setup very jittery in corners and over bumps and the heavier oil settled that and gave it a much smoother and planted feel.
