R&G Tidy Tail install help?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum and I apologize in advance if this has been covered before but I've tried searching for some help and have come up short. I'm trying to install an R&G tidy tail fender eliminator kit to my 07 FZ6 and the instructions provided are a little vague to put it mildly - has anyone had experience installing one of these? I'm stuck and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be cutting wires or not? I was hoping to find an install guide with pics but haven't found anything yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated

For what you need to do, I think you should be able to follow my thread on how to remove the stock exhaust for the most part. Obviously stop at where you are removing the stock fender. Once you get to that point, it should be straight forward what needs to come off for the swap.

Thanks for your help! I did eventually get it installed and it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be But it made things much easier after watching your vid. Thanks again!
