Recently Kazza informed us of the recent hacking incident Sony had encountered. I can't seem to find if its been resolved or not.
There are some game in my account I want to download.

Sony didn't actually release any information on this for a week after it happened, cause they wanted a jump on the hackster before someone started laughing at their ineptitude. The vulnerability is SUPPOSED to have been worked around, and I believe they found the chaps who did it.

I changed my bank details and pass word but I still fell a bit dodgy about accessing the shop.

Realistically, it's no more or less secure than using PayPal embedded in any website, or buying with a credit card off the net. But it's a risk we all take in this day and age. Wait until NFC really picks up, then we'll be really nervous about the security surrounding our finances

Actually it has now become a target for hackers and script kitties. Sony has been compromised several times in the past few weeks.

And paypal has much better security then sony did have. Sony may have been storing users info in plain text and some believe they were not hashing passwords.

If anyone is worried about paypal they offer several forms of multi-factor authentication.

They were back up a little while ago, I think they were offering identity protection if you felt you were at risk (temporary obviously) i don't remember how long it was for but might be something to look into...

I always used game cards so didn't have credit card info online.
