Hope everyone held on to their midpipes with the cat in them. i was getting ready to have a new midpipe made w/o the cat...guess we'll see.

It will take quite a while for this to be implemented IF it ever passes. Many bikes have multiple exhaust outlets, requiring unique setups to properly capture the true CO/HC output. And, if they decide to have them run on a dyno (like current auto tests) new hardware will need to be specified, sent out for bid, purchased, installed and trained before use.
