Here is a pic of Lucille. She has bar ends, an after market fairing of unknown origin (probably China) with a single H4 bulb, adjustable levers, big ass frame sliders (I call 'em highway pegs), Michelin PR2's, drilled cans, and usually my ass hanging off of her.

Let's ride! :BLAA:

First post, have been lurking around for a while and have found a ton of helpful posts! Almost finished converting with Vishnu's VS02 kit. Came out pretty good so far. Plasti dipped the tank and side fairings flat black and think it looks much better than it did red. Have a few things to add yet before can get back on the road this spring!

Bought it on Monday...

Picked it up, fitted new tyres & rimstripes (cause I had some leftover), flushed the cooling sysem and filled it with Mocool, on Tuesday....

And today I changed the oil & filter, cleaned the air filter, cleaned and lubed the chain, bled the brakes, adjusted the levers, lubed the cables, detailed it from top to toe and took it for a big ride to scrub in the tyres...

What a brilliant little bike! very easy to ride, incredibly economical, excellent fun...

I s'pose I'd better hand it over to the wife now...:/

I just recently got one of the S2 kits from Vishnu, too. I'm looking forward to installing it on my bike when it's a bit nicer out than today. I might paint the tank & side covers black like yours, too. That's for another day, though.
