If you want to warn people you are coming their way, get a siren, like the cops use. They use that because it works. You don't see cops trying to make loud exhausts to clear the way in an emergency?

Riding with an old friend with a bunch of his Harley pals through the Santa Cruz Mtns. (slowly) to end up at a tavern where they proceeded to kill 2 hours drinking beer and eating burgers.. Me thinking "let's just ride"! After they finished my friend says to me "you might want to get to the front of the group so we don't hold you up".

Me: "'Ya think?!"
