possible new owner

i am currently thinking of getting a new bike. i have found a Black FZ6 S2 with 2200 miles on the clock for £3495.

just looking for an insight into the bikes from the people who already own them and some advice as to whether the price is right. i love the look of this bike (instant streetfighter) and am seriously considering it.

should i do it?

i've had a CB600 (2002 model) before - how will it compare

Currently have a bmw g650xmoto (supermoto)

my bike history consists of the above plus Aprilia RS125, Honda CBR400RR Gullarm, 2007 Aprilia RSV1000 Mille, plus an Yamaha Spy Moped as my first bike.

any advice would be good - looking to test ride it soonish (if i can get the funds together)

Hi there. Is this an N model? Sounds like a good deal. The price is about right. They're a cracking bike. Buy it.

yeah its an N model, the original price was 3795 but they have just knocked 300 off. so i'm really interested.

just depends on funds. i will be having a chat with the bank this month some time.

also, whats the best first mod to do, i was thinking of putting rethal flat bars on it.

mmmmm ....... I like the riding position with the stock bars.

Things I have to do to any bike are Optimate lead and Scottoiler. I've also fitted an Ermax flyscreen although I've not ridden with it yet.

Next things on my list are a better quality shock and a louder exhaust. I'll be looking for these at the NEC in a couple of weeks.
