I was wondering who was the oldest FZ6 owner on here?

I am 50.

Don`t add anything to the thread if:

You are under 50 or the oldest age added after that.

If you ride someone elses FZ6 and don`t actually own one.

The idea was to start at a number and just watch it increase. I have been on here long enough to know what this forum is for.

But why people add to a thread where they have nothing really contructive to add...like you on this thread, always baffles me.

Steve

What are you trying to achieve? 4 posts and then the thread dies?
This thread would be much more active if you let every old member post and let AN ACTUAL CONVERSATION OR DIALOGUE TAKE PLACE.

You know what baffles me? People who make threads on a public forum and try to dictate who posts.

So what is your problem.

It is my thread?

Are you a wannabe moderator?

I did not want a conversation, I just wanted numbers.

The number is 67 and will be hard to beat. I do not expect another 30 posts after the figure 67 turns up...would you?

It is not your thread. It is the FZ6-Forum.com community's thread.
A moderator's job is to restrict posts, which is what you're trying to do.
But if your goal is to get this thread to die after 4 posts, then so be it, this will be my last post in this thread.

For whatever it's worth, I was just a couple of months younger than the oldest on the FZ6 sportsbikes.net forum, and BooRidesSB doesn't frequent this forum since he sold his FZ a couple of years ago. Thus, I'm likely to be the oldest.

The OP invites a bunch of old farts to post in this thread, and then you're surprised that we start blathering? :Flip::D

LOL I am of the other mind, that the forum is for open discussion. I love to see lively posts that keep threads alive.

It seemed like the OP did not want that - it felt like they wanted a concise thread with very few posts that just got to the point.

So as far as I'm concerned, blather away! I'll sit back and enjoy it all
