If you live that long lol...............

It is nice to see this thread is still going.

If I upset anyone with my outburst, I apologise unreservedly and will give myself a good talking to. :spank:

I am on here for fun and information just like the rest of you and would like you all to accept that it was a bad day for me yesterday.

First day of our riding season and I could not even see my shed, 10 metres from the house because of fog all day.

Sorry guys.

Steve

No worries my friend. I won't break any records but I'm 51, 52 in three months. I was worried about the Fizzer when I was about to buy it but then I joined this great forum, disclosed my plans, my age, and experience, and was greatly encouraged to proceed. 5300 miles later, in under 8 months, I'm happy to report that the Fizz is indeed old man friendly. I love the bike.

"It's a privilege to grow old bones".
Time slips away just like the sand through an hourglass....it really does.
Why, I still remember spending a week in Copenhagen back in 1972 like it was yesterday.
And who the hell wouldn't.:Flash::cheer::D

My Mom is 68 and she's been on the back on my FZ6 in the city, in the county, and in the mountains. Does that count??? :D

Hope the fog clears up for you, Steve.

The fact that old farts:justkidding:like the oldies on this forum ride the Fizzer, is just another statement that underlines the versatility of our great bikes:thumbup:

By the way: I turn 70 one week and five days before the second half of this century begins;)
