Sorry about your english muffin Hellgate.

I have just been laid up for the past month waiting on my bike to be fixed and to be able to go back to work and I am chomping at the bit to get out and ride. I had seen that others had taken some spills as well while I was away and it looks like new people are joining up which is always good.

I thought I would have a little fun at my own expense and sober everyone up a little bit as well as riding season is really getting under way. I am still a newbie here in the world of motorcycles and for a while there I thought I wasn't going to have one. Thank you Geico!

So I hope everyone has a safe and fun riding season and here is a little better way to remind everyone to be safe.

Grandma's got a cataract
Drives a '67 Cadillac
and between the lanes it sways.
Then there's Teenage Tom,
and Soccer Mom,
and little Betty is running late.

Yet there you ride
hardly one lane wide
your wrist just twisting fate-
and one false move
or yellow light
or grip slipped from the brake:
you would sell your ass
just to have road rash
'cause now were at your wake.

So keep your eyes upon the road
and never let them stray,
cause friend you've only
got one life
and we want you here to stay.

some of us appreciate your sobering reminder that riding season is upon us and it is dangerous out there! Heal up quick.
