In reality, they're all on the same team. Like it or not. They are. But enough of this, it could go forever.

So, they banned "toys" that may contain lead? So is a toy something that you don't need? Because then the could ban a lot of stuff. I know you don't need those fancy leather seats or heated cupholders.

I wonder when it will go to far, and people will wake up and start taking care of themselves?

isn't he doing something with guns? i think we can still buy them but it will be harder to get the ammo. A guy at my work said after a while they will start to "brand" the ammo casings with some stamp or something so anything without a stamp will be banned . i am not sure but that is what i was told. i am sure i need to do some homework on this deal as well lol

Regardless who the law was passed under remember it take the three branches of government to pass a law, the president cannot alone. To say this is Obama's fault is, well, very incorrect.

As far as banning Pep Boys crap, DO IT! Whose things swarm all over LA and other cities in huge packs/gangs of them, 30+, ride up and down the LA flood control canal hike and bike trails.

They are cheap two strokes that need to go.

As for real ATVs and MC from real MFGs, they are getting the short end of the stick, I think...however....I read that the MFGs didn't not apply on time to get their products tested so shame on them. I also heard they have a year to get their act together before this kicks in.

I don't care for Obama one bit but to blame this one piece of legislation on him is a bit childish. If you want to blame him for anything begin with the piece of pork that everyone gets to take a big bite of.

Yes! it would be a good start, but why didn't obama stop this Sh*t if he doesn't support this bill? the dems control both senate and congress and they will do anything obama wants them to do. This new law will cost dealers $10,000-15,000 a month and cause thousands of jobs to be lost .

Well to answer your question with my opinion.

Obama is a idiot and tool. He can barely speak with out uhhh uhhhh uhhhh uhhhh its like watching Spicolli stoned on mushrooms.

He promised everybody a icecream sandwich, some people want the sandwich and others want to know where the ice cream is coming from and who has to pay for it. We lost. Everybody gets a ice cream sandwich.

I dont think his intention was to sign a bill that outlawed dirtbikes for kids. He is just to dumb to know. Bush was just to dumb too. He would of signed it as well.

Then again its the least of our worries right now. They have tied our economy solid with currency swaps to korea, china, and several other countries that if they fail we will left holding lots of worthless paper while they have useful dollars. Bernake is and has went way way way over the line of what he is allowed to do.

Obama seems to also be a huge fan of tax cheats.

Of course, legislation is just responding to outcry of angry parents who didn't know that those toys were dangerous.

So...

The government failed to legislate responsibly.

The parents failed to protect their children.

The toy companies failed to warn their consumers.

Nancy and Harry need to be finding way's to put people to work and this will only cause more job loses. As I read this I hear about "Octomom"

Is she the one that I can trust to protect her children??

Ive seen the job many parents do on their kids and it would be one thing if it were just letting watch too much TV...
But
1. Some parents cannot be trusted to supply their kids with necessary skills
2. Our tax dollars have to take care of these kids

That being said... this keeps me employed, but Id rather safe parenting.
