That guys skill is amazing, and the scenery is beautiful. However, what he was doing was grossly irresponsible and highly dangerous. I'm guessing this video was not filmed in the United States?

I believe its in Europe looking at the lines in the roadway and what I could see of signs on the side (especially in the beginning). Lucky nobody was passing coming towards him!!!!
