Not really. It processed right away but took about 10 days to get to my doorstep. You'll like it...It's really good quality and I have no complaints thus far.

Am I right in assuming that this chain guard rules out the rear fender/hugger?

Pretty much. My bike had the hugger removed when I bought it. I liked the look and it doesn't cause any problems, but I didn't like the fact that I didn't have the chain guard...so this was a perfect solution for me.

OK,- as far as I know it's illegal not to have a rear fender/hugger here in Denmark, - so that sorta rules it out. (I have no urge to attract more attention from the law than I absolutely have to).

I suppose if you really wanted to, you could cut the plastic chain guard off and keep the hugger. I'm planning on just taking the whole thing off and using the new chain guard. I work at a body shop so I'm not going to have a problem painting it either.
