Looking to buy a nice good size top case with mounting kit for 2006 FZ6

I'm selling a Shad 40 liter top case in like new condition:

Includes case, bracket, mounting plate, and two keys. Will have to get a couple screws and plastic spacers replaced as I lost them during a move. Fits a full face helmet and then some. Rode through the pouring rain and everything stayed dry. How does $150 plus shipping from Ohio sound? Fits my 2008 FZ6, and according to the Shad website this bracket fits 2004-2010. Retail on case and mount runs $179 and $118 respectively plus shipping.
