Need Brake Line Clamp - Horn Bracket

I'm looking for anyone parting out a bike that has the stock horn bracket with the clamp for the brake line? Mine was missing when I bought it. I ordered a new one, but it did not come with the clamp. I can't find it on any parts lists.
