I had him pick his feet up for now. After the vid I had him put his feet up on the pegs. He's just not use to not pedaling a bike.
Well kinda, I remembered some of the manuvers from the course so I had him do that so I could see how he would shift his weight and head. He did pretty good for a first run. I also had him get on the throttle then brake so he would understand how to stop.

He's doin great for a first ride! Keep practicing with him and his first car might only have 2wheels! With all today's tech and toys it's good to see a kid doing anything outside, add an internal combustion engine and 2 wheels and you've got a recipe for fun!

See the good thing is you already let him do it and he's going to be excited about it for a long time. If she shuts it down then she's the bad guy. Priceless. Have fun with your kids, you only get to do it once.

I did ride it the other day...2.5hp engine will do 23mph...or so it says. Once tach'd out it's pretty fast. I just threw on a few RT and Icon stickers on it...so the mods begin:BLAA:
