Thanks travis I am extremely proud, who knows maybe in a couple of years I can get her interested in real bikes (she's 5 at the moment )

Thanks Pete, she really was proud, from not being able to cycle in a straight line without support yesterday she cycled about 4 times around the soccer pitch without me touching her today. she rang lots of family to tell them all how well she had done, and that she could now cycle better than her older sister , as modest as ever

Thats true Michael especially in holland where everybody cycles. I don't know about her being stoked but after running behind her for about 10 laps of the soccer pitch I had pretty much run out of steam

You know mine, Chanél, rode her Polaris 90 / 2 stroke quad for more than a year before her bicycle's training wheels came of - what a great day that was - she's almost 12 now and start doing XCountry with us.

Always dress for the fall, her princess helmet and knee pads gave her extra confidence , she didn't fall once :thumbup:

Very cool. I'm 50 and still rely on pedal power instead of horse power every now and again. My son and I trained all summer on year when he was 12 to ride a century together - neither one of us will ever forget it. He rode 110 miles the day before he turned 13! Bikes are good family builders!

there's lots of stuff we used to do "before the kids", i can't wait until mine are old enough to start doing those things again.(mine are 2 & 4)

Grats, I am teaching my nephew to ride a bicycle now, he's 3 and a half and rocking the training wheels as of now.
