I've learned never to expect anything from the government. In the 2005 energy bill they had a provision to reimburse homeowners and businesses who went out and bought alternative energy heating systems. . .
. . . and then the budget office never provided funding for the program.
So our great representatives and senators got a nice campaign bump for green energy without ever spending a penny. It's just a meaningless bunch of sentences on a piece of paper if there isn't any funding. :spank:
Lets hope that the motorcycle provision stays in and actually gets funding. But I'm not holding my breath.
