mods after 1 year of owning FZ6

I have been a daily observer of the forum for a long time but have never posted. So here is some pics of my mods so far.

Some of the mods include cutting and shaping the tire hugger, rear fender, puig windscreen, signal lights and front fairing. And thanks to all forum members who unknowingly introduced me to HID lights, BT-016 tires, Puig windscreens, TPS recalls, and faulty head bearing seals.

Nice bike.Big fan of the GS's.The few still around over here are usually custom models from the States,which are converted back to Euro spec.

its a nice clean bike and the HID make the front end really attention grabbing. i would nt have sliced the fairing tho, somehow it doesnt look right to me. of course that s just my opinion

What year GS is that? My dad has a "77 gs750 that he still rides from time to time, and it was the first road bike that I ever rode. It still runs pretty good, but the ethanol blend is killing it...it was made to run on leaded.

It's a '77 as well. It didn't run really well until I got rid of the old style points ignition and put an electronic pickup. Also had to buy two additional carb banks just to make one decent set.

I actually miss that old bike which is why I sold it to my brother. One thing for sure is that the single front disk brake makes the FZ brakes seem like racing spec.
