mirror adapters

i bought a set of mirrors a while back off ebay and of course they dont fit, i need a two prong adapter for them but ive only been able to find one set from lockhart phillips, and dont really like them. does anybody know where i can find some? ive looked on ebay and searched everywhere i can think of. heres a pic of what they look like.

like the first one, i found those but they just look so plain. i thought i saw some at one time that were like that but thicker and now i cant find them again.
