This is a metal halide light bulb. 250watt 14,000K bulb. The camera didnt catch anywhere near the coolness in person, but it is still cool.

Its not as cool but still interesting.

I did aluminum foil flags, cds, a big round flourescent bulb, a compact flourescent bulb, two metal halide bulbs, sparklers, snakes, burning pictures, a horse shoe, and roofing nails tonight. More experiments to follow.

Yes the worst was 8 sparklers and two packages of snakes. That made a horrible mess.

The sparklers shot superheated streams of plasma at the walls. It just over whelmed the camera my brother had. I will bring mine over and we will do it up right. I have MH bulb left. The really cool stuff just wasnt picked up on his camera.

You can put metal in all microwaves. The aluminum foil is the coolest. It has to be cut to a certain size to really go crazy. I only ended up with two pieces that were close. I couldnt remember what the size was.

That cellphone was sick. I really am going to spend 2$ on batteries and throw that old furby in there. My cousin annoyed that crap out of me to NO end with hers and since she left it here 5 years ago NOW is the time to make it BURN!:rockon::rockon::rockon::rockon::rockon:

Hook up on a old microwave first though. It really ruins them inside. The plasma is as hot as a plasma cutter. Pyrex doesnt even think much of it.

The reason the metal halide bulbs lasted so long is the glass is pyrex but they even finally burn thru and melt then the glass burns in cool plasma effect.

Its the coolest crap I have ever seen done with junk.
