Good news/bad news. Motorwerk is now selling kits to lower the front pegs for $145. Kind of steep IMHO. Yamaha Products
Has anyone found a more economical way? I don't need adjustable peg. I would just like to drop them an inch. Thanks!

I'd like to find a kit that allowed one to simply drop the existing pegs about and inch, like the Moto Werks set for the rear FZ6 pegs. I don't think there is one out there though, I might have them custom made.

Well with parts like this, you are paying for the limit number made. Lower amounts manufactured mean a higher price to cover r&d costs and whatnot.
Considering the price of quality rearsets, this is cheap. Decent rearsets run 300+.

Pretty sure Twisted Throttle has some adjustable footpegs. I know you said you didn't want adjustable, but they have various length options and you could just mount a short one in the low position.
