Looking for pics of a windscreen mod.

I swear several months back I saw pics of a bike (07+) come up in one of the "Bike of the month" contests that had blacked out windscren. Now what got my attention was that it was a matte finish, it looked from the pic just like the same texture the mirrors have.
I squirreled away the info in my brain and didn't bookmark/save the pic.


Here I am several months down the line and I just got a spare windscreen and I'll be damned if I can find that bike again!

Anyone got any ideas? Or am I just slowing going insane here and making crap up?

Thanks but not quite. It was a Red 07+ model, and it was a matte finsih, not glossy.

I've done the painted windshield mod also, but not the bike your looking for. I think getting a matte finish is going to be really hard unless you paint the outside of the windshield but then you risk chipping. I'd imagine you'd still have some shine from the plastic windshield even if you do put a matte finish on the inside. Anyways good luck hope ya find that bike :thumbup:
