Short answer: All bikes will go "all the way" over. Some are better at getting back up before dragging themselves down the roadway.
Better answer: The FZ6 will lean far enough to drag footpegs and/or your center stand. Truthfully though, if you're dragging hard parts on public roads, you're probably riding too hard. Also, body position has a great effect on required lean angle. Simply put, leaning your body off the bike reduces the need to lean the bike over as much.

With some rearsets and the stands removed, it will go as far as the tires (and your skill) will allow. The OEM pegs probably touch down around 45 degrees...just a guess, maybe less. I really don't know. Someone do an experiment!
Sounds about right to me, Michelin advertises a 50º lean angle on the Pilot Powers (which I currently use) and so far I've scraped the pegs, without the feelers on, and still had a little way to go to the very edge of the tire.

My wife did that to me the other day , I got the "please Explain" how the outside toe of a shoe wears like that :rof:......... :don'tknow: Dear
the problem i have on my bike is the peg feelers and pegs have were worn down by the previous owner, so the first thing to scrape will by my feet or kick stand :S

i remove my mainstand, changed to aftermarket rearsets, my rear brake lever was damaged, footrest damaged, sidestand damaged.
