I doubt my cats would eat it, but it makes more sense to a cat's diet than turkey rice and egg!

Cats are obligate carnivores and should eat meat. Rabbit and chicken are the best, these are what a cat might eat in nature. Not fish or beef, when was the last time you saw a cat catch a fish or slay a steer?
