i need help with a gauge swap 04 to 07 on?

as the title states

i have 08 clocks
i have headlight harness! 08 4s8 84359 00

i removed the 04 clocks but kind find where the 08 clock plugs in? removed the head light removed tank and the seat removed airbox and battery?


HELP!!!!

They're not going to plug in directly. You're going to have to go over a wiring diagram and solder on the wires.

I always thought you would have to solder the wires in too, but OSO2k has this linked in his compatibility chart:

In that he says if you have the 07 harness it is plug and play.

well i decided that enought is enough

and chopped the wiring out soldered it together and hey presto 08 clocks on me 05 fizzer

07+ clocks are soooooo much better

looking at your gauges is so overrated

When I first got my 06 I found my gauges ugly now I look at the 07+ and I think they look horrible and love mine.
