No, not that kind of luck. Get your mind out of the gutter. 
Here's what happened: I got off work at 3:45 am and hopped on my FZ6 and was on the freeway in less than a minute. I know some of you like to get up to speed fast and that's what I did. I speed-shifted up to 6th and was doing about 90-100 in just seconds and I see a couple cars ahead of me. I signal and look over to my left and am about ready to pass when suddenly I spot something I didn't want to see. It was a California Highway Patrol car that I almost passed. Immediately I grab some brake and slow down to about 60mph(whistling as if nothing happened) and tail the cop until he pulls off.
I'm not sure if he noticed me coming up on him at a high rate of speed but I'm glad I noticed he was a CHP.
I would never do that in the daytime but at that time of night almost no one is on the road.
Whew! That was a close one!
