that's exactly what I said.
The problem is not at the CEO level - is the IT/manager, anal, control freak without a a life who has convince them to let him implement this "so they can make sure we are doing our jobs".
No they're not.
I like my job & I will like it even more if they will leave me do it the way I want. This has nothing to do with my job or performance. Is just another control opportunity in the hand of the wrong people.
A happy employee is a productive one.
Unfortunately, who makes those decisions is some uneducated individual with zero managing skills for whom monitoring & controlling us is all that makes that individual to feel important.
